This honor is so meaningful because it’s a testament to our commitment to create a supportive, collaborative and people-centered environment for our team. We believe that empowering our staff and nurturing a positive workplace culture not only leads to happy, healthy employees but also ensures that we are able to provide the highest-quality services for our clients.
In the last year, Great Place To Work® surveyed companies employing 8.4 million people in the U.S. and received 1.3 million survey responses. Of those, nearly 228,000 responses were received from employees at companies who were eligible for the 2025 Fortune Best Workplaces in Health Care list, and this list is based on their feedback. To be included among so many respected organizations in the healthcare industry is an honor we don’t take lightly. Although this is NCA’s third year in a row being named to this list, it is just as special as the first time and sets a standard that we want to uphold each and every year.
Our CEO, Ann Koerner, founded National Care Advisors in 2008 with a handful of nursing professionals who recognized the need for expert nurse consulting in the special needs and complex care space. Nearly 18 years later, NCA has grown into to a thriving company of over 80 unique and passionate employees, all of whom are top of their field.
