Eiszel Le

Eiszel joined NCA in August 2015 and has been a registered nurse for over 13 years. Previously, she was part of the pilot team that launched the care management organization (CMO) for Nevada Medicaid’s Fee-for-service patients. Qualified beneficiaries included those with chronic or complex conditions or high utilization patterns. Her nursing practice experience also includes home health and clinical education. She has also served as a preceptor for newly graduated nurses and as a charge nurse/clinical supervisor for acute care, sub acute care, antepartum and postpartum in the hospital setting.

Eiszel has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of British Columbia and was inducted as a member of Sigma Theta Tau International, which is the Honor Society for Nursing. She is licensed as a registered nurse in Nevada and California and is a certified nurse case manager. She lives in Las Vegas with her husband and 3 children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching football/hockey and traveling.
